Remember the small snowflakes falling onto the soft shimmering ground?
Remember the cold breeze pushing along the road?
That was winter.

Remember the street lights lighting up the cold winter nights?
Remember the cars struggling along the dimly lit roads?
That was winter.

Remember the fragile snow crunch with every step?
Do you remember the soft melody playing throughout the night?
That was winter.

That was Summer

Remember the squeals as we entered Golden Bay?
Remember the bright sun and the rolling waves?
Remember when my feet sunk into the golden burning sand?
Remember the shouts as the jellyfish floated by?
That was summer.

Remember the real fruit ice-creams melting in the burning Nelson Sun?
Remember boxing day at Rabbit Island with boogie boards floating everywhere?
Remember waves splashing against my knees?
That was summer.

Remember Kaikoura and the salty smell ruling the air?
Remember exploring the sea side every which way?
Remember the crayfish pots being lifted up?
Do you remember waiting patiently for a big bite while fishing?
That was exciting.

Name Tags

For the last few weeks we have been creating name tags on the computers using comic life. To make a name tag you need to be able to search and use images, use photo booth, find pictures, create text boxes, change font and save your work. It was a good challenge and the name tags look great! Some of us included our strengths in our name tags.
